Suckow Headed to NCAA Championships

Columbia sophomore diver Jonathan Suckow will compete at the 2019 NCAA Men's Swimming & Diving Championships, March 28-29
AUSTIN, Texas — Sophomore diver Jonathan Suckow returns to the NCAA Championships for the second-straight season this week, competing on both the 1-meter and 3-meter springboards from March 28-29 at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center in Austin, Texas.
Live diving results will be available via divemeets.com. Fans can watch the preliminary sessions here, while finals will be streamed live on ESPN3 each night.
Diving prelims will begin at approximately 1:15 p.m. ET each day, directly followed by the consolation final. The finals session will begin each evening at 7 p.m.
Suckow had another sensational season in 2018-19, going undefeated in dual meets and sweeping the diving events at the Ivy League Championships for the second consecutive year to be named the Karl B. Michael High Point Diver of the Meet for the second time in as many years.
The Geneva, Switzerland, native qualified for the NCAA Championships after winning the 1-meter title at the NCAA Zone A Championships, and finishing second at the meet on the 3-meter board.
Last season, Suckow finished 25th on 1-meter at the national meet with a score of 340.00 to card Columbia's highest finish at the NCAA Championships in 18 years. He also placed 36th on 3-meter.
