OPENING TIP-OFF
• Columbia plays the first of three games this week when they host Lafayette Monday. The Lions will hit the road to face UMBC Wednesday and return to Schiller Court to take on Maine Saturday.
• The Lions fell at Boston College Friday, 73-60. The Eagles pulled away in the second half, using a strong effort on the offensive glass (19 offensive rebounds) to pick up the victory.
• Patrick Harding, who led the nation in rebounds per 40 minutes in 2019-20 at Bryant, is picking things up on the boards of late. The junior is pulling down 8.3 rebounds over his last three games.

LAFAYETTE'S STATUS
The Leopards are coming off their first win of the season, a 53-51 victory over Rutgers on Nov. 22. Lafayette will be meeting up with their third Ivy League opponent of the season after dropping gams against Cornell (90-85) and Penn (85-57) earlier this season. Kyle Jenkins leads three players averaging in double-figures, posting 12.8 points per game. Neal Quinn is pulling down 8.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per contest.
INSIDE THE SERIES
Lafayette leads the all-time series against Columbia, which dates back to the 1945-46 season, 28-14. The two teams met to begin the 2019-20 campaign with the Leopards claiming a 65-63 win in Easton.
COLUMBIA VS. THE PATRIOT LEAGUE
The Lions are 130-106 against teams currently in the conference. Columbia's most common opponent is Army, who they have faced 59 times. In 2019-20, the Lions went 1-2 against Patriot League foes - topping Lehigh and falling to Lafayette and Colgate - both of whom the Lions will face this season.
