The Lions will look to pick up their first win on the road
NEW YORK - Columbia men's basketball is back on the road to face off against Sacred Heart Sunday, November 13. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m. on NEC Front Row.
OPENING TIP-OFF
• Columbia fell to UMass-Lowell, 89-62, in its home opener Thursday evening.
• Zinou Bedri led the Lions in scoring for the second consecutive game, posting 17 points on 7-of-12 shooting, to go with eight rebounds.

SACRED HEART'S' STATUS
Sacred Heart checks in at 1-1 after topping Hartford in its season opener, 77-70, before falling to Rutgers, 88-50, in Piscataway on Thursday. Four players are averaging double-figures in points, led by Aiden Carpenter's 15.0 PPG.
INSIDE THE SERIES - SACRED HEART
The Lions are 4-5 in the all-time series against the Pioneers. Last season, Sacred Heart erased a seven-point deficit in the second half to come away with a 79-69 win at Levien Gym. The Pioneers have four-straight, dating back to 2007.
COLUMBIA AGAINST THE NEC
Columbia has fared well against teams currently in the Northeast Conference, posting a 35-25 mark all-time. The Lions' have squared off against St. Francis Brooklyn on 19 occasions (10-9), the most of any NEC squad
