NEW YORK — This week's edition of Lions on the Road features track & field, and lightweight rowing.

TRACK & FIELD
The Lions continue their outdoor season this weekend, traveling to Virginia to take part in the Colonial Relays hosted by William & Mary. The event will begin tomorrow morning, and run through Saturday afternoon. Columbia had a solid start to its outdoor campaign last weekend, earning seven first place finishes at the Monmouth invitational. On the women's side, the highlight of the competition came in the high jump, where sisters Julia and Anna Jordahl-Henry finished in first and second place, respectively, with scores of 1.76m and 1.73m. On the men's side, the highlight of the afternoon came in the 200m run, where Devon Davey took first place with a time of 21.40,
LIGHTWEIGHT ROWING
The Lions travel to Carnegie Lake in Princeton, N.J. for the National Collegiate Lightweight Invitational on Saturday. Columbia hosted a scrimmage last Saturday against Bates at Overpeck Park in preparation for the spring schedule. At last year's National Collegiate Lightweight Invitational, the Lions won four races and either finished in first or second place in all eight of their races. Columbia will compete in six races total, with each boat racing twice.

Coxswain: Lucia Nuovo, Stroke: Arin Jaff, 7: Nathaniel Wirth, 6: William West, 5: Spencer Fleming, 4: Eli Bayer, 3: Ben Sommer, 2: Yohann Verma, Bow: Alptug Kaynar.
WOMEN'S ROWING
Unfortunately due to the projected weather, women's rowing will not be competing this weekend at the Doc Hosea Invitational.
