PRINCETON, N.J. -- The Columbia volleyball team was swept (25-16, 25-11, 25-9) by the Princeton Tigers on Saturday evening in New Jersey.
The tightest set was the first, as a kill from Harper Justema cut the Tigers' early lead to 14-13. From there Princeton pulled away, ending the set on a 4-0 run to win it 25-16. The Tigers carried that momentum into the final two sets, coasting on to get the sweep.
Amanda Holsen led the Lions with seven kills in the match, and Eva Atkins added five kills.
The Lions return to Levien next weekend for the final two games of the year. Yale will be up first on Friday at 7 p.m.
