PRINCETON, N.J. -- The Columbia women's swimming and diving team finished in sixth place with 622 points at the 2025 Ivy League Championships in New Jersey.
Princeton emerged victorious in the competition with a score of 1479. Harvard took second place with 1287.5 points. Yale placed third, scoring 1090.5 points.
DAY ONE
The Ivy League Championships began with the 200-medley and the 800-free relay.
Columbia's top finish came in the 200-medley relay, as the team of
Jilly MacNamara,
Ashley Hu,
Anthea Wong, and
Sally Ma clocked in at 1:40.89 to finish seventh.

DAY TWO
Ma also had the Lions' best finish of the night on day two, placing sixth in the 50 free with a time of 22.72.
Emily MacDonald was right behind her in eighth with a time of 22.88.
Lindsay Orringer took seventh in the 500 free with a time of 4:51.23.

DAY THREE
Hu had the highest finish of the competition so far for Columbia, winning bronze in the 100 breast with a time of 1:01.05.
MacDonald had her second podium finish of the weekend, placing eighth in the 200 free with a time of 1:48.47.

DAY FOUR
The Final day of Ivies was Columbia's best and most busy by far.
Orringer kicked things off with a seventh place finish in the 1650 free, touching the wall at 16:41.29.
MacDonald continued to shine, winning bronze in the 100 free and setting a new program record in the process with a time of 48.85.
In addition, MacNamara and Hu won the B Finals of the 200 back and 200 breast, respectively.
Then, in the final event of the weekend, the 400 free relay team consisting of MacDonald, Ma,
Hutton Saunders, and
Isabel Lee broke the program record with a time of 3:20.09 which was good for fourth place.

ON DECK
All three of the Lions' qualified divers will begin preparations for the NCAA Zone Diving competition on March 10.
