NEW YORK —
Columbia track & field, wommen's swimming & diving, women's tennis, men's squash and women's squash are featured in this week's edition of Lions on the Road. Every week, GoColumbiaLions.com will be using "Lions on the Road" to preview that week's upcoming games and events happening off campus.
TRACK & FIELD
Track and Field has a busy weekend ahead, as some field athletes will compete in the 117th Millrose Games at the Armory on Thursday, while the rest of the Lions will head to Philadelphia to take part in the Penn Collegiate Classic on Friday and Saturday.
Obiora Okeke looks to keep the hot hand, fresh off Ivy Athlete of the Week honors from the METS Indoor Championships. This was large in part from a first place finish in the shot put with a mark of 19.25m, which was a Columbia program record for the event and tied for 11th best mark in the entire NCAA this season.

WOMEN'S SWIMMING & DIVING
Women's swimming and diving's postseason begins this weekend with a invite to the Boston Winter Open hosted by the Terriers on Friday and Saturday. The Lions head into the meet off two wins in a row to finish the regular season, most recently defeating Dartmouth 189-111.
Emily MacDonald put an exclamation point on an amazing senior regular season, setting two Dartmouth pool records. First, she did so in the 50 free, taking first place with a record time of 22.69. In the next event, she also set a record in the 100 free after finishing first with a time of 49.78. This will be a big meet for Columbia as they prepare and look ahead to Ivies on February 19.

WOMEN'S TENNIS
Women's tennis returns to action this weekend at the ECAC Championships hosted by Penn in Philadelphia. The Lions will compete in three matches against fellow Ivy League opponents. This weekend's schedule will be announced later this week. Columbia won the 2024 ECAC title by defeating Dartmouth, Brown and Yale over three days of competition. The Lions are looking to rebound after a close 4-2 loss to Notre Dame on Sunday.

MEN'S SQUASH
The Columbia men's squash will complete the Ivy League slate on Saturday with a trip to Ithaca to face No. 9 Cornell. Columbia sits at 4-6 overall this season with a 1-4 mark in Ivy action. The Lions fell to No. 4 Trinity and No. 3 Yale last weekend in a trip to Connecticut. Columbia will look to earn its second Ivy victory of the season before finishing the regular season with contests against Drexel and Western Ontario.

WOMEN'S SQUASH
The Columbia women's squash team will also wrap up the Ivy slate on Saturday against seventh-ranked Cornell. On the women's side, Columbia is 3-7 overall and 1-4 in conference play. The Lions will be in search of their second Ivy victory before wrapping up the regular season with matches against Drexel and Georgetown.
