NEW YORK – Joshua Corn and
Will Cooley are ready for the NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving Championships.
This year's competition, which began on Wednesday, is taking place at Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatics Center in Federal Way, Washington. Both Corn and Cooley will be competing on Saturday, in the 200 breast and platform diving events, respectively.
Corn punched his ticket in the 200-breast, as his season-best time of 1:52.89 ranked within the top-28 in the entire country.
Cooley punched his ticket in the platform dive, as he finished fifth overall in the event at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships earlier this month. His score of 597.40 was good enough to claim the fifth and final spot in Washington.
