PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Columbia men's squash team defeated Cornell on Thursday to advance to the Potter Cup quarterfinals as part of the CSA National Team Championships. Women's squash fell in a tight battle against Yale and will move to the consolation bracket.

No. 8 Columbia put on an impressive performance Thursday to defeat No. 9 Cornell, 7-2 to advance to the Potter Cup quarterfinals at the CSA Team National Championships.

WOMEN'S RECAP
No. 10 Columbia's upset bid came up just short as No. 7 Yale was able to hold on for a 5-4 victory in the first round of the CSA Team National Championships on Thursday.

Advita Sharma posted wins for the Lions to keep the team's hopes alive. Yale was able to outlast the Lions to advance in the Howe Cup draw. Columbia will meet No. 11 Tufts in a consolation match Friday at 11 a.m.
