The first-year wideout set a program record with a TD catch in his sixth consecutive game
PRINCETON, N.J. — Columbia first-year wide receiver Bryce Coleman earned Ivy League Rookie of the Week honors on Monday after his performance in Saturday's game against Dartmouth.
It marks the third straight week Coleman has earned the honor and the fourth time this season.
Coleman finished the day with six catches for 76 yards and a touchdown. He was targeted 12 times and also drew two pass interference penalties, including a fourth-quarter call that set up his touchdown.
With his score against the Big Green, Coleman became the first wide receiver in program history to catch a touchdown pass in six straight games.
Coleman now has nine touchdown catches on the season, which ranks second in the nation at the NCAA FCS level and is the third highest single-season mark in program history.
The Lions will stay home to face Yale on Saturday, October 31, at Robert K. Kraft Field. Kickoff is slated for 12 p.m. on ESPN+.
Tickets are available starting at $13. To purchase, click here or call 888-LIONS-11.
