Lions to Host 5 Tournaments
NEW YORK — The 2026-27 Columbia men's golf schedule is now available. The Lions will compete in 10 regular-season events and host five of them. The schedule was made available Thursday afternoon.
Columbia will host five tournaments at five different courses. The first of them is the Columbia Autumn Invitational (Oct. 3-4) at Lake Placid Club's Links Course. The Lions will be going for their fifth straight tournament title. A week later, they return to the NYC metropolitan area to host The Metropolis Intercollegiate (Oct. 12-13) at Metropolis Country Club. This will be the second time the Lions have hosted the event following the inaugural edition last season.
The second tournament of the spring season features a new event in Columbia's hosting rotation, the In Good Standing Classic (Feb. 27-28). The Lions will welcome the field to Ocean Creek Golf Course in Fripp Island, South Carolina. The spring also features another edition of the Columbia Spring Invitational (Mar. 29) at Rolling Green Golf Club, as well as a fifth straight season hosting the Roar-EE Invitational at Wiltwyck Golf Club in Kingston, New York (Apr. 17).
The 2027 Ivy League Men's Golf Championship returns to The Stanwich Club, April 23-25. The winner of that event received the Ivy League's automatic berth to the NCAA Regionals, which are scheduled for May 17-19.
