2018-19 (First-Year): Rowed for the Third Varsity Eight from the third seat at the EARC Sprints.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:  Rowed on the varsity rowing team from sophomore to senior year… Team won Virginia State Rowing Championships in 2017… Team won Bronze Medal at SRAA Nationals in 2017... Spent summers rowing with TBC Racing… Also ran cross country for two years in high school.
 
PERSONAL: Born January 4, 2000… Son of Demetra Lambros and Michael Duffy… Enrolled at Columbia College… Brother to Nico and Luke.
