A 2015 graduate of Bellevue High School outside of Seattle, Wash., where he played three years of varsity football for head coach Butch Goncharoff … Claimed all-league honors at cornerback … National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete nominee in 2014 … Led Bellevue to three state titles … Ended his high school career with a 55-1 record while playing cornerback, wide receiver and long snapper … Led team to state title, No. 4 state ranking, 13-1 overall record and perfect 5-0 league record as a senior … Led Wolverines to state title, 14-0 overall record as a junior … Along with his four letters in football, he threw the javelin on the track & field team, lettering three times … Became a part of the student-athlete leadership team.
