2025-26 (Junior): (XC) Set a new 6k PR of 22:11.0 at the Princeton Fall Classic … Competed in the Ivy League Cross Country Championships (ITF) Set a new mile PR of 4:58.98 at Yale v. Dartmouth v. Columbia and a new 3000m PR of 9:59.66 at Dr.Sander Columbia Challenge … Earned a 2nd place finish in the mile at Yale Giegengack Invitational (OTF) Competed in the 5000m at the Virginia Challenge … Set a new PR in the 800m of 2:20.22 and in the 1500m of 4:33.49 at the Larry Ellis Invitational.
2024-25 (Sophomore): (XC) ran season’s best in 6K with time of 24:10.3 at Harry Groves Invitational (ITF) ran mile PR with time of 5:05.79 at Columbia’s home meet, ran 1K PR of 2:57.86 and placed top 5 at Scarlet Knight Open, competed on the DMR team at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) placed top 3 and ran 3K PR of 17:57.91 at Mets and ran 1500m PR at Oscar Moore with time of 4:43.80
2023-24 (Freshman): (XC) Finished 4th and ran collegiate PR in 5k with time of 18:01.1 at mets xc championship, ran PR in 6k with time of 23:24.5 at IC4A/ECAC XC championship meet (ITF) ran mile PR with time of 5:25.96 at fastrack national invite (OTF) did not compete outdoor season.
Personal: Enrolled in Columbia College…Intends to major in Neuroscience and Behavior.
