Clocked a 21:51.6 (125th) in the 5K at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 20). (Indoor) Finished first in the One Mile Run with a time of 5:13.87 at the Fastrack Season Opener (Dec. 6) ... Posted a pair of first place finishes at the Dartmouth-Columbia-Yale (Jan. 18) meet taking the title in the 500-Meter Dash (1:15.19) and running the opening leg on the 4x400-Meter Relay squad (3:49.33) ... Took the third leg of the Distance Medley Relay, helping the squad finish second with a time of 11:18.20 at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (Jan. 23-25) ... Won the 800-Meter Dash at the Armory Last Chance (Feb. 21) with a time of 2:13.66. (Outdoor) Season canceled.

2018-19 (Sophomore): (XC) Clocked a PR time of 24:48.7 in the 6K at the Paul Short Open (Sept. 29). (Indoor) Recorded eight top five finishes through the season ... Began indoor campaign with a pair of first places finishes in the 1,000-Meter (2:54.24 - PR) and 4x400m Relay (3:48.59 - anchor) at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener (Dec. 1) ... Snagged another pair of first place finishes at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 18) meet finishing the 500m in 1:12.79 and ran the third leg of the 4x800-Meter Relay squad that finished in 9:04.09 ... Ran the anchor of the 4x400m Relay to help Columbia take the title in 3:44.16 at the 112th NYRR Millrose Games (Feb. 9) ... Clocked a PR in the 500m (1:12.39) in the qualifying round at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 23-24) and finished third overall in the final with a time of 1:12.81. (Outdoor) Collected Second Team All-Ivy League honors in the 4x400m Relay with a second place finish at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Heps (May 4-5) ... Set a PR time of 4:44.32 in the 1,500-Meter Run at the Penn Challenge (Mar. 23) ... Posted a second place finish in the 800m (2:08.77) at the Ocean State Invitational (Apr. 12-13) ... 2017-18 (First-Year): (XC) Ran the 6K in 27:16.9 at the Columbia XC Invite (Sept. 8). (Indoor) Earned Second Team All-Ivy League honors in the 500-Meter Run with a season best 1:13.49 in the final at Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Heps (Feb. 24-25) ... Ran a season best 2:10.67 in the 800-Meter at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (Mar. 2) ... Helped the Lions take second in the Distance Medley Relay at the same meet ... Won the 500m at the Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia (Jan. 20) meet in 1:14.99. (Outdoor) Earned honorable mention All-American honors in the 4x400-Meter Relay … Part of the 4x400m relay team that qualified for the NCAA Finals, clocking a season best 3:35.89 during the NCAA East Prelims … Was named Second Team All-Ivy League in the 4x400m relay … Clocked a season best 2:09.04 in the 800m at the Ivy League Track & Field Outdoor Heps (May 5-6), advancing to the final.

A 2017 PTFCA Indoor State Champion in the 800m ... Won the 2015 AAU National Junior Olympic 800m race ... Posted personal bests of 55.96 in the 400m, 1:31.95 in the 600m, and 2:08.58 in the 800m ...
