Nicole Wells joined the Columbia field hockey staff in 2016 as the program’s volunteer assistant coach.
Wells enjoyed a four-year playing career at Yale, where she was a captain and earned All-Ivy League status all four seasons. A native of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, Wells finished her career with eight goals and 11 assists from her midfield position.
Wells graduated from Yale in 2016 with a degree in East Asian Studies and is currently enrolled in the School of Professional Studies, where she is working towards her masters in Sports Management.
