Connor Fite is in his second year as Columbia Football’s Director of Social Media/Assistant Director of Player Personnel. Fite joined the Columbia staff ahead of the 2021 season.
Fite joins the Columbia Football program after working the past year as a Recruiting Intern and Graphic Designer for the Wake Forest University Football program. In his role with the Demon Deacons, Fite coordinated and developed graphics for recruiting and social media, scouted high school prospects, organized the program’s recruit board, conducted prospect tours, assisted in organizing Wake Forest’s summer football camps and researched team, player and conference data for social media.
Before his stint at Wake Forest, Fite served as the Linebacker Coaching Intern and Graphic Designer with the Cumberland University football program in Lebanon, Tenn. The Murfreesboro, Tenn., native spent six years working with the football program at his alma mater Middle Tennessee State University, starting as a video assistant before moving into roles with recruiting and defensive analyst.
A 2016 graduate of Middle Tennessee, Fite earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Leisure, Sport, and Tourism. He earned a Master of Science in Leisure and Sport Management from Middle Tennessee in 2018.
