Isabelle Monken joined the Columbia football staff as the Football Operations & Alumni Engagement Coordinator in June of 2026.
Monken comes to Morningside Heights after serving as an operations and recruiting student assistant for the University of South Carolina football program. In that role, she assisted with facility and stadium operations, coordinated recruiting logistics, organized official and unofficial visits, managed recruiting inventory, and supported the football operations staff with travel and reimbursement.
Prior to South Carolina, Monken gained football operations and recruiting experience with Army West Point, serving as both a recruiting intern and operations intern. She helped coordinate official and unofficial visits, managed event logistics, assisted with team travel, and supported the program's day-to-day operations.
Monken graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2026 with a bachelor's degree in sport and entertainment management.
