Earned a second-place finish in the 200 breaststroke, third in the 100 breaststroke, and fourth in the 200 IM against Penn … At the Princeton Big Al Invitational, set personal-best times of 45.48 in the 100 freestyle and 24.96 in the 50 breaststroke (fourth-place finish), while also placing sixth in the 100 breaststroke, competing in the 200 freestyle, and helping the 200 freestyle relay team to a fifth-place finish … Finished second in both the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke against Brown … At the Ivy League Championships, competed in the 100 breaststroke (season-best 54.67) and 200 IM.

In the season opener against Penn, he won the 200-IM with a time of 1:51:67. Against Princeton, he placed 3rd in the 100 Y Free with a time of 45.84; He also received 4th in the 200 Y Free with a time of 1:40.38. Against Brown, he earned 2nd in the 200 Y IM with a time of 1:51.91; He also placed 4th in the 100 Y Free with a time of 46.29.
