2024-25 (Sophomore): (XC) ran season’s best in 6K with time of 24:10.3 at Harry Groves Invitational (ITF) ran mile PR with time of 5:05.79 at Columbia’s home meet, ran 1K PR of 2:57.86 and placed top 5 at Scarlet Knight Open, competed on the DMR team at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) placed top 3 and ran 3K PR of 17:57.91 at Mets and ran 1500m PR at Oscar Moore with time of 4:43.80

2023-24 (Freshman): (XC) Finished 4th and ran collegiate PR in 5k with time of 18:01.1 at mets xc championship, ran PR in 6k with time of 23:24.5 at IC4A/ECAC XC championship meet (ITF) ran mile PR with time of 5:25.96 at fastrack national invite (OTF) did not compete outdoor season.

High School: All-State, All-Class and All-Division athlete in the state of Rhode Island for both Track and Field and Cross Country at Classical High School, Providence, RI…New Balance Nationals All-American in the SMR in 2022…Team captain for Cross Country and Track & Field...Al Morrow Award recipient at Classical High School.
