2024-25 (Sophomore): (ITF) ran 3K PR of 8:49.43, competed as part of winning 4x8 team with time of 7:45.65 and ran 1K PR of 2:27.64 at DYC tri-meet, ran 1K at Ivy Indoor Championships (OTF) won 800m race with time of 1:53.07 and Mets, top 2 finish and 800 PR of 1:53.07 at Mark Young, competed in 800m at Ivy Outdoor Championships
2023-24 (Freshman): (XC) Ran 8K PR of 26:25.4 at Mets XC Championship. (ITF) Scored 6th place finish on DMR team at Ivy League Heps Indoor T&F Championships. (OTF) Ran 800m PR of 1:54.56 at Sam Howell Invitational.
High School: Won two state titles, one as a junior in outdoor track in the 800 meters, and another in the 1000 meters during indoor track as a senior at Millbrook High School, Winchester Virginia…800m personal best is 1:52.82…1000m personal best is 2:26.76…1600m personal best is 4:17.30. 3200m personal best is 9:27.44…??Honor Roll all four years of high school.
