Michelle Bilek is in her fourth season as Director of Operations on the Columbia women's basketball staff. She was named Columbia's Director of Basketball Operations in May of 2013.

Bilek's responsibilities include coordination of travel arrangements, assisting in the organization of practice, budget management, alumni relations, video coordination and special projects.

Bilek won a NCAA Division III Championship as a member of the women's basketball team at Illinois Wesleyan in 2012. She was named a team captain prior to the 2012-13 campaign and averaged career-highs of 8.2 points and 4.3 rebounds as a senior.

During her summers, Bilek served as counselor and coach to several academies and camps in Illinois.

Bilek earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Education with a concentration in Child and Family Studies, while minoring in Coaching and Physical Education.
