Coming off a knee injury that kept her out of the most of the 2007 season ... one of the best ball handlers and ground ballers in the defensive unit ... an important part of Columbia's transition from defense to offense ... worked this fall on rediscovering her rhythm and timing ... collapses well and is always ready to hit the slide ... should help Columbia in the center circle ... very effective on the draw ... brings veteran experience and poise to a veteran defensive unit ... has improved her positioning and approach on the perimeter, and her footwork and lateral movement get better each week ... closes in on the ground ball and wins a lot of them ... an important player in transition ... handles the ball well and moves it quickly.

2007: Saw action in seven games before suffering a season-ending injury ... one ground ball, two draw controls vs. Denver ... two draw controls vs. Dartmouth.

2006: Missed the season due to injury.

2005: Started all 15 games. At The Key School: Lettered four years in lacrosse, three in soccer and two in basketball ... was captain of all three teams ... lacrosse all-league ... all-league and all-conference in indoor soccer ... 36 goals and 80 ground balls led lax team as a senior.

Personal: Majoring in political science ... enjoys backpacking, surfing and horseback riding.
