HIGH SCHOOL
World traveler and London, England, defender Isobel Miles has chosen to bring her talents across the pond to Columbia this season. Miles is a decorated defender, including a two-time South East U19 Champion ('14, 15), a 2016 England U19A Home International Champion and a two-time Vivien Jones Challenge Cup Champion (‘15, ‘16) which is a league that hosts the top lacrosse schools in the country.

Miles stellar performance in the classroom also collected several honors. From 2009-16, she has received the Academic Scholar Year prize. She earned gold in the 2014 UK Mathematics Challenge and in 2016, she earned the Sixth Form Prize and Leadership Prize from The Lady Eleanor Holles School.

During her gap year after high school, Miles volunteered with Raleigh International in Nicaragua and Costa for 10 weeks to assist park rangers in Rincon de la Vieja National Park, Costa Rica, to complete a water project that provided running water to 30 homes. Miles has traveled to six continents with Antarctica next on the list.
