among the top breaststrokers in Columbia history ... ranks third in the
100 (1:04.16) and second in the 200 (2:18.73) on Lions’ all-time list ...
Academic All-Ivy League in 2007 ... swam 1:04.70 for fifth in the 100
breast and took sixth in 200 breast, including 2:20.44 preliminary time
... also 20th in the 200 individual medley ... placed in the top four in
both breast events at the Ivy League Championships in her first-year
and sophomore seasons.
At Palmer High: All-state
and All-American in the 100 breast as a senior ... four-time top-16
finisher in the 100 and 200 breast at the Speedo Sectional
Championships ... earned three letters in swimming, two in cross country
and one in track.
Personal: Mother
played collegiate soccer at Whittman ... grandfather, Rolly Sultze,
competed in track at Yale ... majoring in economics and German.
