Marchese joined Columbia in 2022 as the Assistant Director of Athletic Equipment Operations, and was promoted to Director of Athletic Equipment Operations in 2023.
In this role, Marchese is In charge of overseeing all apparel ordering, branding, and distribution for Columbia’s 31 varsity programs. In addition, he is in charge of ordering and maintaining all equipment for football and Columbia’s 30 other varsity programs. Marchese also oversees and manages a team of full time and part time assistants and student workers, processes and handles all invoices related to apparel and equipment, and works with our branding team to create and design new logos and slogans.
Prior to Columbia, Marchese served as the Event and Equipment Manager for Hunter College, where he was in charge of operating and maintaining all Hunter Athletic Facilities including the Sportsplex Arena, Weight Room, Pool and more. He also was in charge of gear distribution and collection for all 18 Hunter College varsity teams.
Marchese also had stints with Yale Football, Temple Football, and the Philadelphia Soul in various roles.
Marchese graduated from Temple University in 2020.
