James Dillon was named a offensive quality control assistant in March 2025. He is responsible for all offensive film, which includes the breakdown of opposing defenses, creating the “self-scout” of Columbia’s offensive tendencies and daily data entry.
Dillon spent the 2024 season with Bryant as a passing game assistant and national scout. He worked with the quarterbacks and wide receivers to execute the Bulldogs’ offensive schemes.
A 2023 graduate of Tufts, Dillon was a running back for the Jumbos and earned a degree in business.
