Carty joined Columbia as an Associate Athletic Trainer in February of 2024.
Her main sports responsibilities include women's basketball and men's tennis
She previously served as an Assistant Athletic trainer at the University of Delaware dating back to 2018. Prior to Delaware, she served in the same role at Fairleigh Dickinson University beginning in 2014.
Carty is a graduate of the University of Delaware (class of 2014) where she received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. She went on to earn her Master's in Athletic Training from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017.
