Toughest two opponents on next year's schedule and why: Princeton, because that game will be the first Ivy League test of the year for our team and they are the defending champs. Harvard, because they are a well-established football team and are always a tough opponent every year.
Favorite place to play on the road: Yale
Toughest position in the 3-3-5 defense and why: Not to be biased, but I think that spur (SS/OLB) is the toughest position on the defense. Spurs set the edge of the defense. Spurs have to not allow the ball to get outside of them on the run and also have to cover wide receivers. They have to be fluid and have to adapt on the run to what is presented to them.
Favorite restaurant in NYC: Churrascaria Plataforma
Favorite pre-game song: Gutta Gorillaz by rasaq
Song you never get tired of hearing: Red Dirt Road by Brooks and Dunn
Three-word description of Coach Wilson: He's the man
Most memorable Columbia win and why: The win over Brown at the end of the '06 season because as a team we never gave up when we were down and it showed what we could accomplish as a team.
Favorite part about playing at Columbia: My teammates. I would not trade them for anything in the world.
People would be surprised to know I... have two cousins playing football in college also, one at University of Houston and the other one at Rice University.
If I could play any position on the field I would play: Running Back
Favorite Columbia student-athlete (other than yourself): Erison Hurtault [third in the 400m at the 2007 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships]. Watching him run was amazing and brought back high school track memories.
Favorite Book: "Fallen Angels" by Walter Dean Myers
