
Men's Tennis Wraps Up Columbia Classic

NEW YORK - The Columbia Classic came to a conclusion Sunday evening at the Dick Savitt Tennis Center.
Dragos Ignat was the lone Lion in action Sunday, facing Dragos Dima from Cornell. It would be the challenger from Ithaca that would come away with the victory, as Dima captured the 'A' singles draw title, defeating Ignat, 6-2, 6-2.
Columbia will have the next 10 days off before heading to New Haven, Conn. to compete at the ITA Northeast Regional tournament Oct. 18-23.
