NEW YORK – The Columbia baseball program held its annual alumni game on Sunday, October 26 during Homecoming Weekend. A total of 41 former Lions' came to participate in the game and meet the current members of the team.
“We are very fortunate that so many of our alumni continue to come back and support our program,” head coach Brett Boretti said. “There is a lot of pride in being a part of the Columbia baseball family and it means a lot to our current team to know that they have a great and growing alumni network that is supporting them every step of the way.”
Al Ferrera '11CC was named “The Dinosaur BBQ” Player of the Game after hitting a home run to centerfield along with several big plays at shortstop.
