Play Begins For Shih At U.S. Amateur

OLYMPIA FIELDS, Ill. - The first day of the 2015 U.S. Amateur Championship begins today for Harrison Shih at Olympia Fields Country Club in Illinois.
Shih punched his ticket to the event after winning in a playoff during a qualifier at Lakewood Country Club in Maryland last month.
The Championship begins with the Stroke Play rounds today and tomorrow, followed by the Match Play rounds that begin Wednesday in a 64-player bracket style format. The Match Play rounds will run every day until the final on Sunday.
