Solovyev, Asatrian to Compete at Prestigious Riviera ITA All-American Event

PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif.—Columbia juniors Alexandra Solovyev and Rima Asatrian were invited to compete in the 2016 Riviera ITA women's tennis All-American doubles bracket on Tuesday. The Lion duo took on Oklahoma State's Aliona Bolsova and Sofia Blanco in a doubles match at 9 a.m. PT/Noon ET.
Pepperdine plays host to the first two days of the first singles and doubles national championship of the season. Solovyev and Asatrian qualified for the event in doubles. More than 120 collegiate players from over 40 NCAA Division I colleges compete in the event.
