With the highest three-meter dive finish in 18 years by a Columbia diver, Jonathan Suckow capped a sensational rookie season with a 25th-place finish behind a score of 340 pts. at the 2018 NCAA Men's Diving Championships on Friday, March 23.

Minneapolis, Minn. - With the highest three-meter dive finish in 18 years by a Columbia diver, Jonathan Suckow capped a sensational rookie season with a 25th-place finish behind a score of 340 pts. at the 2018 NCAA Men's Diving Championships on Friday, March 23.

The Ivy League Champions posted the best finish in program history in the three-meter dive since 2000, dating back to Mark Fichera '01CC 23rd-place finish. This performance comes after a 36th-place finish in the one-meter dive on Thursday behind a tally of 283.00.

Joining Suckow in the three-meter dive was teammate Jayden Pantel who posted a score of 302.90 for 43rd overall. Pantel returns to action on Saturday to compete in the Platform dive.
