Anderson Announces Men's Soccer Newcomers

Columbia bolsters its talented roster with seven newcomers for the 2018 season.

NEW YORK – The 2016 Ivy League Champions and 2017 NCAA Tournament qualifying Columbia men's soccer program will bolster its roster with seven newcomers in the fall.

"We are very happy with the seven additions that we have made to the 2018 roster," said head coach Kevin Anderson. "Each guy is very unique and specific to our teams needs for the upcoming season and our future. Competition for positions will continue and has been a one of the key elements of our progress over the years. Along with daily competition we again have quality in depth at every position within the roster. 2018 is going to be a very exciting year and will require that we are all at our best on a daily basis."

"I want to recognize the quality of work that our head of scouting, Ken Pollard, has done once again to bring this group together. He along with assistant coach Luke Kelly have tirelessly worked and combed the world to bring the quality person, player, teammate and student that is required to wear the Columbia Lions uniform."
