Men’s Soccer Summer Camp Dates Announced

Two sessions of Elite College ID Camps, six Youth Camp weeks available
NEW YORK — Dates and registration for the 2022 NYC Soccer Academy camps have been announced. Campers can choose from two different Elite College ID Camps, as well as six different weeklong Youth Camps.
Campers will have the opportunity to step on the field and learn from Columbia men's soccer head coach Kevin Anderson, who enters his 14th season leading the Lions. A five-year veteran of Major League Soccer, Anderson has coached Columbia to an Ivy League title and returned the Lions to the NCAA Tournament. Several of Anderson's players have gone on to compete in the professional ranks.
These soccer camps provide opportunities for all ages and skill levels. Sessions begin June 20 and run through August 13.
ELITE COLLEGE ID CAMPS (Boys entering 9th Grade and beyond)
- Session I: July 8
- Session II: August 12-13
The Kevin Anderson Elite Academic & Athletic College ID Camp provides aspiring Collegiate Student-Athletes with the opportunity to showcase their abilities at Columbia University in the City of New York. If you have the talent on the field and the aptitude in the classroom, you don't want to miss out.
The Elite College ID Camps are a collegiate showcase and competitive training program for the student-athlete, both aspiring high school and collegiate prospects, who plan to play at the college level. Camps are open to boys entering 9th grade and beyond.
All NCAA rules and guidelines are applicable regarding evaluation and continued eligibility. Staffed by the Columbia men's soccer program, and various other high academic and athletic programs ranging from NCAA Div. I to Div. III, this camp is multi-faceted in that it gives top players:
1) the opportunity to be seen by top college coaches
2) a better understanding of the college soccer environment and
3) the skills they need to become even better players, taught by some of the very best coaches of the game.

YOUTH CAMPS (Boys of all ages)
- Week 1: June 20-24
- Week 2: June 27-July 1
- Week 3: July 11-15
- Week 4: July 18-22
- Week 5: July 25-29
- Week 6: August 1-5
The NYC Soccer Academy will expose players to technical training to improve their ability on the field. Players will also experience competitive game situations that will help develop and improve the skill and confidence required to succeed at every level. Goalkeepers will be used in all sessions and coached by our experienced staff within their assigned groups.
Our staff is comprised of College, ODP, Club, and high school coaches, along with current and former Columbia soccer players. Our staff blends together a wealth of teaching and playing experience, making us one of the best camps around.
The NYC Soccer Academy is dedicated to enthusiastically making better players of all campers.
