Archery Lands Three on Academic All-America Team

Gottlieb, Vassantachart, and White earn recognition for academic and athletic excellence/
Colorado Springs, CO -- As announced by USA Archery this week Judith Gottlieb, Erin White, and Dorothy Vassantachart have earned 2022 Academic All-American honors.
While Columbia Archery enjoys a deep history of Academic All-American recognitions, Gottlieb, White, and Vassantachart receive the honor for the first time, this season.
The Lions will wrap their 2022 slate at the 2022 U.S. Collegiate Target Nationals from May 19-22 in Chula Vista, California.

The All-American Academic Team will be composed of archers in each division and class and based on the following criteria:
- Archer must be eligible to shoot in the 2022 Spring Semester (Full Time Collegiate Student).
- Required Cumulative GPA of 3.5 through fall term 2021.
- USA Archery takes the top 25% (ranked by score) of each division and class from Indoor Nationals.
- Archers that are in the top 25% and who meet the minimum GPA will earn a spot on the team. The team will not be limited to the top 10 archers in each division and class.
