SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. — The Columbia women's soccer team fired a season-best 10 shots on goal in a 3-0 loss to Seton Hall in South Orange.
In her first career start, junior Kat Jordon led the Lions with four shots on goal. Sophomore
Sophia Cavaliere followed with three on target.
On the night, the Lions recorded ten shots per half, placing six on frame in the second 45.
Seton Hall controlled the game in the first half, scoring two of its three goals in the first 35 minutes.
Junior
Paige Nurkin played a complete game between the pipes, making three saves. Her Seton Hall counterpart, Grace Gordon, turned away 10 attempts.
Columbia will remain on the road for a 1:00 p.m. start at Hofstra this Saturday.
