Columbia to Host Roar-EE Invitational Saturday at Wiltwyck

Lions prepare for final tune-up ahead of Ivy League Championships
NEW YORK — The Columbia men's golf team will host the Roar-EE Invitational Saturday at Wiltwyck Golf Club in Kingston, New York. The single-day, 36-hole tournament will feature 12 teams.
The field will tee off in a shotgun format at 8:30 a.m. Fans looking to keep up with the action can follow along on Golfstat.
Five-man teams from Columbia, Siena, Sacred Heart, Dartmouth, Manhattan, Cornell, Holy Cross, Penn, Bryant, Hofstra, St. Peter's and St. Thomas Aquinas will compete in the event. The lowest four scores from each round will count toward the team competition. Wiltwyck Golf Club will be set as a 6,685-yard par 72.
This will be the third tournament of the season hosted by the Lions. Just 12 days ago, Columbia welcomed 13 teams to Rolling Green Golf Club in Springfield, Pennsylvania for its Spring Invitational. The Lions finished second in that field. Rich Mueller's team finished first at the Columbia Autumn Invitational earlier in the fall.
