NEW YORK — The Columbia men's swimming & diving program revealed its 2024-25 schedule on Wednesday evening, with the season set to begin on Friday, November 8 at Uris Natatorium with a meet against Penn.
The weekend before, the Lions will compete in an exhibition meet against the Fordham Rams at Uris that will be open to the public. That competition will begin at 2 p.m.
After the regular season opener against Penn, a week later the Lions will host the Princeton Tigers in New York City, with the meet set for 1 p.m.
The next day, Columbia will take its first road trip of the season to face off against Yale in New Haven. The meet is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. on November 16.
The following weekend, the Lions will compete in their final dual meet of 2024 against Harvard in Cambridge on November 22.
In the first championship-style meet of the season, Columbia will participate in the Big Al Invite hosted by Princeton in New Jersey. The competition will take place from December 6-8
From December 30-January 8, the Lions will embark on their annual winter training trip, gearing up to return to action on January 11 against Brown at Uris. The team will celebrate homecoming on this date.
Columbia will close the regular season with a three-meet road trip, traveling to take on Cornell and Dartmouth on January 18 and February 1. A meet against Navy is sandwiched between those two Ivy meets, set for January 24 in Annapolis.
This year's Ivy League Championships will be hosted by Brown and take place from February 26-29. ECAC Championships will be the same weekend, running from February 28-March 2 in Annapolis, Maryland.
The 2025 Zone Diving Championships will be hosted by Rutgers in Piscataway, New Jersey from March 10-12. For any Lions that qualify, the NCAA Championships will be held in Federal Way, Washington and will begin on March 26.
