Women’s Rowing Set for 60th Head of the Charles Regatta This Weekend

The Lions will open their fall season by taking on Ivy League rivals and testing their speed against some of the nation’s top crews in their first head race of the year
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Columbia women's rowing will kick off the 2025-26 season at the 60th Head of the Charles Regatta on Saturday and Sunday on the Charles River.
Nine athletes who competed in the Head of the Charles last year will return this weekend. The Club 4+ will defend its silver medal and the Champ 4+ looks to defend its gold medal.
On Saturday at 1:04 p.m., the Lions will race in the women's club fours. On Sunday, Columbia will have two boats race in the women's championship fours at 1:35 p.m.
