Former Lion great drafted to Team Siegrist
NEW YORK – Columbia women's basketball alumna Kaitlyn Davis '23CC has joined the Athletes Unlimited (AU) Pro Basketball roster for Week Four of the 2025 season in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Week Four draft was held on Tuesday with Davis being drafted to Team Siegrist. Week Four begins on Thursday, Feb. 27, with two games on the WNBA App and FanDuel Sports Network. Team Bradford and Team Sims will tip off at 6 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. CT, followed by Team Siegrist and Team Harris at 8:30 p.m. ET / 7:30 p.m. CT.
Davis was selected 35th overall by the New York Liberty at the 2024 WNBA Draft. She competed with Rojas de Veracruz of the Liga Nacionalde Baloncesto Profesional Femenil in Veracruz, Mexico, in 2024.
Davis transferred to the University of Southern California for the 2023–24 season following three seasons at Columbia. She appeared in 30 games with 24 starts for the Trojans, averaging 6.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists.
At Columbia, Davis was a two-time First Team All-Ivy League and two-time Second Team All-Met honoree. She helped lead the Lions to their first Ivy League Championship in 2023. She scored 1,083 career points and grabbed 679 rebounds, ranking top 10 all-time at Columbia.
Davis recorded the first triple-double in Columbia women's basketball history on Jan. 28, 2023, with 19 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists.
