2016-17: (XC) Finished the Princeton XC Invitational 8K course in 24:38.8, earning a 17th place individual finish while helping the Lions to a team victory … Competed in the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships where he finished 48th overall posting an 8K time of 24:58.7. (T&F) Posted a career best in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays in 30:32.46 ... Ran 3:58.25 in the 1,500m at the Virginia Quad.
2015-16: Competed four times in cross country, running a career best 25:26 in the 8K at the Princeton Inter Regional meet ... Went 8:27.14 in the 3,000m at the Ramapo College Indoor Select for a career best.
2014-15: Finished the 8K at the Paul Short Run in 25:50 for a season best.
High School: Miao arrived to Columbia with personal-best times of 4:13.82 in the one mile run and 9:15.92 in the two mile run.
