2017-18: (XC) Ran a season best 25:39 in the 8K at the Princeton Invitational ... Went 25:58 in the five mile run during the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships for 35th place. (ITF) Ran season bests of 8:59.83 in the 3,000m, and 14:58.41 in the 5,000m.
2016-17: Ran 8:52.72 in the 3,000m at the Stony Brook Season Opener ... Clocked a career best in the 5,000m at the Larry Ellis Invitational in 14:40.36.
2015-16: Clocked a career best 25:35 at the Paul Short Run, helping the Lions to a win in the Brown Div. I section ... Ran career bests in the 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m and 10,000m runs during the track season.
2014-15: Ran a season best 8K at the Princeton XC Invitational (Oct. 18) finishing in 26:16.
Personal: Goltra arrived to Columbia with personal-best times of 4:18.12 in the one mile run and 9:04.11 in the two mile run.
