Seth Peloso recently completed his third season as Columbia's Director of Men's Basketball Operations.  Among his responsibilities, Peloso handles travel arrangements, alumni relations, budget management and serves a key point person for any of the men's basketball program's special events.

Peloso joined the Columbia staff in August 2007 after five seasons as an assistant coach at New York University.

At NYU, Peloso's duties included recruiting, planning team travel , customizing and implementing individual skill development and strength improvement. He also served as the head coach of the junior varsity squad.

During his tenure at NYU, the Violets were invited to post-season tournaments in the last four years. Individual player accolades included: Conference Rookie of the Year, Player of the Year, numerous first and second team all-conference awards and two pre-season Street & Smith All-American selections.

NYU was 77-30 over the past four seasons, winning the 2007 ECAC Metro Championship.

Prior to his stint at NYU, Peloso served one year as an assistant coach at Case Western Reserve University and one year as an assistant at Stevens Institute of Technology.

A native of New Hampshire, Peloso graduated from Plymouth State in 1998 after a decorated four-year playing career with the Panthers.
