2024-25 (Freshman): (XC) ran 6k PR of 22:08.6 at Princeton Fall Classic, competed in the 6K at Ivy XC Championships and made it to NCAA DI NE XC Qualifier to end her cross country season (ITF) ran 3K PR at Yale Invite with time of 10:22.30 (OTF) won the 5K and ran lifetime PR of 17:44.95 at Mets

Ava Thomas is a 5'3" distance runner from Haddonfield, New Jersey. While there, she was a two-time All-American, Cross Country team captain, four-time Camden County champion, and a two-time Cross Country Colonial Conference champion. Academically, Thomas graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors, was a member of the national honor society, and won the Colonial Conference Liberty Division Scholar-Athlete Award.
