2016-17: (XC) Started the season with a 14th place overall finish at the Stony Book Cross Country Invitational with an 8K time of 26:59.6 … Finished 21st during the Metropolitan Conference Championships 5 mile run with a time of 27:10.4, and helped the Lions bring home a 3rd place team finish. (T&F) Posted a season best 4:07.99 in the 1,500m at the Yale Springtime Invitational ... Ran an indoor best 4:24.18 in the Mile at the Fastrack National Invite.
2015-16: Ran a career best 4:21.57 in the 1 Mile at the Fastrack National Invite ... Went 4:10.15 in the 1500m at the Yale Springtime Invitational.
2014-15: Clocked a career best 9:45.30 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Larry Ellis Invitational
Personal Records:
High School: Ran to a state championship in the 3200m his senior season. He was part of the Group 2 distance medley relay state champion squad in 2013 and set school records in the 3200m, 5000m, 3000m, and 4x800 relay. As a team captain, he helped lead his team to a Group 2 state champion in cross country in 2011 and 2012. He also garnered first-team honors in All-Group 2, All-Shore Conference and All Monmouth County in 2012.
