2024-25 (Freshman): (ITF) ran two PRs in 300m (40.89( and 60H (9.41) at Rutgers Holiday Classic season opener, finished top 5 and ran 400m PR of 1:00.66 at DYC tri-meet, placed 2nd in 60m at Columbia’s home meet, ran 200m PR at BU Valentine Invite with time of 24.50, competed in three events at Ivy Indoor Championships and ran 60m PR of 7.56 in the final round (OTF) ran 400H PR of 1:05.44 and competed on wining 4x1 team at Navy Invite, ran as part of impressive 4x1 and 4x4 relays at both Florida & Penn Relays, won the 100 and 200 at Carol & John Covert Classic, competed on top 3 finish all-freshman 4x1 team and ran 100m PR of 12.11 at Ivy Outdoor Championships, competed in last chance meet Princeton Elite Invitational where she PR’d in LJ with mark of 5.39m
Josie Rempe is a 5'10" sprinter and jumper from Mechanicsville, Virginia. While there, she made multiple state championship appearances, was the track and field All-Metro athlete of the year, and scored 51 points in a single state meet. Rempe also was given the Hanover Scholar Award for academic achievement.
