2012-13: Ran school record times in the 3000m at the Columbia Final Qualifier and as a part of the distance medley relay at the Armory Collegiate Invitational... Earned XC All-Region honors following an 11th place finish in the 2012 NCAA Northeast Regionals ... winner of the 1000m as well as member of the 4x800 relay team at the Indoor Ivy League Tri-Meet...
2011-12: Member of the 4X800m Relay Ivy League champion squad with a Ivy League record time of 7:20.53 ... winner of the 4x800 relay at the Outdoor Ivy League Heptagonals which earned him first team All-Ivy League honors in the event...
2010-11: Qualified for the 2011 NCAA East Regionals in the outdoor 1500m run, with the sixth fastest time in the northeast region … earned second team All-Ivy League honors by finishing second at the 2011 Outdoor Ivy League championships in the 1500m … scored points for Columbia at the 2011 Indoor Ivy League championships, placing fourth in the men’s 1 mile run.
