2015-16: Took third in the 5,000m in 16:52.03 at the Fastrack National Invite… Finished sixth in 16:58.03 at the Ivy League Indoor Championships in the 5,000m ... Claimed fifth in the 10,000m run at the Ivy League Outdoor Championships ... Went 34:43.88 for eighth place in the 10,000m at the Virginia Challenge to qualify for the NCAA East Prelims.
2014-15: Clocked a career best 6K at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 14) in 21:36 ... Finished the 5K at the Battle in Beantown in 18:28.
2013-14: Won the outdoor 3,000m run at the Prineton Elite Meet with a time of 9:50.51.
High School: A four-time Most Valuable Player at East Chapel Hill, Karami ran to a first-place victory her senior season at the 4A State Championships in the 3200m. She was also named NC Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior. As a junior, she finished runner-up at the NC state cross country championships. Kamrani earned all-conference and all-county three times to go along with six conference and meet championships throughout her career.
